Natalie Ruffino Wilson
Host
Natalie is an actor, producer, and storyteller with deep roots in the entertainment industry. Known for her work on projects including Someone Like You (2024) , Best Laid Plans (2022), A Welcome Home Christmas (2020), and Tell Me a Story (2018), Natalie brings a behind-the-scenes perspective to the world of film and television. Beyond acting, she has produced several high-profile country music videos, including Lee Brice’s “Cry,” “Killed the Man,” and “Said No Country Boy Ever”. She also produced Chris Young’s “Boots on the Ground.” In addition, Natalie directed and produced Gretchen Wilson’s music video “Little Miss Runner Up.”
With a background that spans acting, producing, and creative development, Natalie has spent years collaborating with directors, writers, and crews both on set and behind the camera. Her experience gives her a unique ability to unpack the real stories of the industry from the chaos of production days to the creative moments that make filmmaking unforgettable.
As a podcast host, Natalie combines industry insight with humor and curiosity, creating conversations that reveal what truly happens behind the camera. Whether interviewing actors, crew members, or creatives, she draws out the human stories that make the entertainment world tick.

Rebecca Supalla

Rebecca Supalla is a photographer and creative entrepreneur best known as the founder of Rebecca Renee Photography, a Nashville-based studio recognized for its documentary storytelling and behind-the-scenes imagery. While her work often centers around weddings and editorial storytelling, Rebecca has also spent time capturing behind-the-scenes photography on film productions, giving her a unique perspective on the people and moments that happen just outside the frame.
Through Rebecca Renee Photography, she has documented the creative process on projects including the feature films The Christmas Ring and Someone Like You, photographing the quiet, candid moments that reveal how productions truly come together. Her work focuses on the unscripted side of filmmaking through crew collaboration, on-set problem solving, and the small moments of humanity that audiences rarely see.
Rebecca originally brought the idea for the podcast to Natalie after years of witnessing firsthand how many incredible stories exist behind the camera and watching Natalie direct, produce and form so many quality relationships in this industry. Inspired by the personalities and culture of film crews, she envisioned a show that would spotlight the voices of Nashville.

Grace is a dedicated post-production specialist with nearly a decade of experience in video. While she has a strong background in production, her true passion lies in post-production, where she has honed her skills in editing, motion design, color grading, and visual effects.
Grace’s expertise spans a wide range of genres, including music videos, narrative films, documentaries, trailers, educational content, and branded content. Most recently, she was the editor and colorist for Grammy Award-winning artist Gretchen Wilson’s Little Miss Runner Up music video, and served as lead editor, colorist, & motion designer for the insightful healthcare documentary Side Effects May Include: The Hidden Costs of Prescription Drugs.
With a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for storytelling, Grace approaches every project—big or small—with precision and enthusiasm. She values collaboration and believes that great work is built on strong teamwork, ensuring each project reaches its fullest potential.
